Details:
The Ventura Police Department has been continuously investigating this homicide. The investigation has revealed the identity of the two suspects that had committed the attempt robbery homicide.
Today, February 27th, 2009, with the assistance of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, the two suspects were arrested in the City of Fillmore.
The two suspects were detained and interviewed. At the conclusion of the interviews, the shooter was arrested and booked into Ventura County Jail for murder and armed robbery on $1,000,000 bail. The second suspect, who is a juvenile, was interviewed and released pending further investigation.
