On 02/24/09 at 10:00 AM Officers from the Port Hueneme Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Redwood Street and Ventura Road. During the course of the traffic stop, Officers arrested three occupants for narcotic violations.

Further investigation revealed that two occupants, 23 year-old Port Hueneme resident Skylar Larson and 27 year-old Santa Barbara resident Loren Thompson were in possession of Counterfeit U.S Currency and evidence related to producing fraudulent Currency.
