Update: Suspect has been caught and identified as Vincent Sandoval.

17 year old Camarillo resident (name withheld)
SUSPECT/S:
18 year old Hispanic Male, tall with a thin build.
WITNESS/ES:
Several juveniles
SUSPECT VEHICLE:
White full-sized extended-cab pickup

DETAILS:

On 11-30-08 at approximately 0156 hours, officers were dispatched to Saint John’s Hospital in regards to a stabbing victim that had been dropped off. Officers contacted the victim who had been stabbed several times. The victim told officers that the incident occurred in the 1100 block of South “M” Street. The suspect approached the victim and an argument ensued. The victim and suspect started to fight, and the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim. The victim is in stable condition at St. John’s Hospital.

An investigation is continuing.
