4 year old is killed in DUI accident

On November 28, 2008, Lucia Cardoza was driving a eastboung on Highway 126. Cardoza's vehicle then swerved out of control, slamming into a guardrail. Cardoza's son was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His mother was arrested for suspicion of drunk driving.
