45 year old Oxnard Resident (minor gunshot wound)
22 year old Oxnard Resident (no injuries)

Hispanic male 18 to 19 years of age, no further description.

DETAILS:
On October 26, 2008 at 4:17 PM Officer’s from the Oxnard Police Department responded to a call of shots fired in the 2800 block of South Ventura Rd. Upon their arrival they found one victim in the drive-thru of the fast food restaurant south of the businesses. He was suffering from a single gunshot wound to his side. He was treated and transported to St John’s Regional Medical Center and later released.
Witnesses said the shooting took place in front of the businesses and the suspects fled in a dark colored Toyota Corolla or Camry. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit responded and collected evidence at the scene. During the incident witnesses said there was gang slogans yelled by the possible suspect. Detectives do not know to motive for the shooting.
