A massive ground and air search involving 40 officers was underway Saturday afternoon in north Oxnard for the man who gunned down Gurmohinder Singh during a robbery outside a bank a few hours earlier. Police spokesman David Keith describes the suspect as a Hispanic male with a light complexion, early 20's, wearing blue jeans, a red and blue shirt, and a dark colored baseball cap. Considered armed and dangerous!
